FAQs

What will the experience consist of?

If visitors have not gone through our survey process they will be told what workplace engagement is and why it is important.

The participants will then be sent through 8 facilitated experiential zones. Each zone will be based on one of the Best Companies' eight factors of engagement; Leadership, My Manager, Personal Growth, Fair Deal, My Company, My Team, Giving Something Back , Wellbeing.

Each zone will aim to challenge conventional thinking and inspire new actions.
Visiting all 8 zones will take approximately 2.5 hours.

Next, visitors will be invited into a Strategic Zone where the Best Companies Engagement Model will be discussed in relation to their company.

Visitors will then be sent to ‘doing rooms’ to review best practice and discuss what they have learnt and to create new ideas for problem solving in their own company.
