Employee Engagement – Get more from your employees

This day will involve an interactive and experiential tour of the eight factors of Workplace Engagement. Whether this is the start of your journey into improving employee engagement in your organisation, or if you would like to inject new ideas, this is an ideal experience to move your organisation forward.

Each of the eight factors will be explored in its own unique zone, with reflection zones attached to each factor to access best practice and review and discuss learning.

The Zones:

My Manager

You will meet three managers and be challenged with deciding what they should do for the best, and see the consequences of those decisions.

Leadership

Interactive game play will challenge you to make leadership decisions to experience the methods and processes that are involved in high level decision making.

My Company

Stepping inside Ed’s head, you will experience how different organisational cultures can impact on employee engagement.

Personal Growth

Here we take a scientific look at what it means to help individuals to fulfil their potential and enable them to bring their whole self to work.

My Team

Exploring in a very practical way how effective teamwork and support can achieve a common goal.

Fair Deal

You will be presented with a series of scenarios regarding fairness in the workplace, and asked to make your own judgement about what’s fair or not.

Wellbeing

In the comfort of a luxurious egg chair, you will take a light hearted look at some serious issues regarding work pressure and work-life balance.

Giving Something Back

This informative zone will demonstrate the various ways in which organisations can make a positive difference and give back to local communities and the world at large.
