21st Century approach to management development for 21st Century managers
This management development day has been designed for anyone with people management responsibility. Our
research has revealed a framework that can be used by managers to develop their positive impact on workplace
engagement.
This four factor model describes a manager who Motivates, Considers, Converses and Cares for their team. We
call this model MC3. The four factors can be broken down further into eight sub-factors that managers can
focus on to create practical plans for effective action.
During the workshop you will be asked to score yourself and your manager on the four areas of Considers,
Cares, Motivates and Converses. We want you to see this framework as a opportunity to discover what
you need, and what you can do, to become a more engaged and engaging manager.
